Shipping Policy | US Delivery Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states, excluding US territories and international addresses). Every order is carefully packaged and inspected to ensure your beauty products arrive safely, sealed, and 100% authentic — no exceptions, no counterfeit items, no damaged stock.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): Free on all orders over $50 | Flat rate $4.99 for orders under $50. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after order processing (excludes weekends and federal holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate $12.99. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after order processing. Available for most US locations at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, US federal holidays, or after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Due to our multi-brand inventory structure, some orders with multiple brands may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery — you will receive multiple tracking numbers if this applies, with no extra shipping cost to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and carrier link. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status and tracking details at any time. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

For safety and compliance with US beauty and shipping regulations, certain aerosol products, liquid cosmetics, and skincare items follow standard carrier shipping guidelines. We do not ship to PO boxes for expedited orders, and some remote US locations may have slightly longer delivery windows — we’ll notify you promptly if any delays apply to your address.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every brand and product we curate. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange program, aligned with US consumer rights and tailored to beauty product standards. Please review the rules below to ensure a seamless process.
Core Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items returned outside this window will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

  • In the same condition as received, with all original tags, inserts, and brand packaging included

Non-Eligible Items

For hygiene and safety reasons (standard for beauty and cosmetic products), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
  • Opened makeup, skincare, or beauty tools (used foundations, lipsticks, serums, etc.)
  • Used, tested, or damaged-by-customer items
  • Final sale, clearance, or limited-edition exclusive products
  • Items returned without original packaging or order confirmation

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns; return shipping fees are waived for defective or wrong items).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund & Exchange Timeline

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. Processing times may vary by card issuer.
  • Exchanges: Shipped out within 2 business days of inspection; standard shipping times apply to exchanged items. We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to defective, wrong, or damaged items.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an item missing from your order, contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping — this is part of our multi-brand quality guarantee.
