A: Currently, we only ship within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not ship to US territories or international addresses.

  • Expedited Shipping: A flat rate of $12.99 applies for 1-2 day delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after processing (excludes weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
 
Q: Will my order be split into multiple packages?
 
A: Yes. If your order contains products from different brands within our collection, it may be split into separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
 
  • Eligible Items: Must be unopened, in original sealed packaging, and include all original tags.
  • Exclusions: Opened cosmetics, skincare items, used tools, final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
 
Q: How do I initiate a return?

  2. We will review your request and send a prepaid shipping label if approved.
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse.
