Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The product you receive will look identical to the images. Due to lighting and different screens, there may be a slight color difference, but the style and material are exactly the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sales receipt in two places:
 
  1. Your account order history: Log in → Go to Orders/Purchases → Select your order → Click View Receipt/Invoice.
  2. Your email: We sent a receipt to your inbox right after purchase (check spam if missing).
How can I return an item?

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return, including photos of the unopened item for verification. We will review your request within 1-2 business days and send a prepaid return label if approved. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most items marked “out of stock” will be restocked as soon as new inventory arrives. To get notified immediately when it’s available, please enable stock alerts on the product page or contact our support team.
